This project began with a “love at first sight” moment when our team laid eyes on the bay window in the living room, which offers stunning south-facing views of the Madrid skyline. Situated in Barrio Salamanca, Madrid’s most coveted and fashionable neighborhood, this apartment’s location was already perfect, but it was the building itself—a classical six-story corner structure—that truly captured our vision for future projects.

The apartment has undergone a full transformation into a three-bedroom, four-bathroom masterpiece, featuring some of the most exquisitely curated finishes available. The kitchen, a work of art in its own right, boasts cabinetry crafted from Taj Mahal quartzite and rich walnut, paired with top-tier appliances from Gaggenau, Bosch, and Miele. The custom oak herringbone floors, stained and blended to perfection, add a timeless warmth to the space, while the Moratto Moresco marble arches, also echoed in the entry hall’s flooring design, bring a sense of grandeur.

A standout feature is the custom-built “monkey bar,” designed with tinted mirrors and metallic brass finishes, creating an intimate and luxurious setting for entertaining.
